On 20 August 2026, a Facebook page called Fascinating Zambia published a video appearing to show Zambia’s Vice President, Mutale Nalumango, endorsing an online investment platform called Z Quantum X. In the video, the person purported to be the Vice President claims that users can make a one-time deposit of K4,700 and earn profits through automated trading, presenting the platform as a simple and lucrative investment opportunity.

Rating Justification:
iVerify Zambia analysed the video using both physical examination and digital verification techniques. The analysis found that the video was generated using artificial intelligence (AI) and is being used to promote what appears to be a deceptive online investment scheme.
Digital analysis identified several linguistic and technical characteristics commonly associated with AI-generated content, including:
- Unusually long, uniform sentence structures that make the narration sound overly scripted and unnatural.
- Extended sentences containing significantly more words than would normally occur in spontaneous speech.
- Inconsistent website identities. While the video instructs viewers to visit caelunova.buzz, the webpage also references unrelated domains, including meetinvesgoos.click and budgettraveladventures.click. Such inconsistencies are a significant warning sign and raise serious concerns about the legitimacy of the platform.
Physical examination of the video also revealed multiple indicators of manipulation. Most notably, the video appears to use an AI-generated likeness and synthetic voice of Vice President Mutale Nalumango to create the false impression that she is endorsing the investment platform. There is no evidence that the Vice President has made such an endorsement.
The promotional video also relies heavily on urgency and scarcity tactics designed to pressure viewers into acting immediately. It uses phrases such as “last available places,” “access is limited,” “spaces are released in small batches,” and “once the quota is full, it is difficult to get in.” It further urges viewers to “check it out for yourself” by following “the link below this post.”
The combination of an AI-generated public figure, inconsistent website identities, unrealistic profit claims, and aggressive calls for immediate action are all common warning signs associated with deceptive online investment promotions.
Based on these findings, iVerify Zambia determined that the video is fabricated and falsely portrays Vice President Mutale Nalumango as endorsing the Z Quantum X platform.
